Get it, youll be happy, I am.
This desk I am so happy I orderes when I did. I contemplated for over a week. Read tons of reviews from various diff sellers. Walmart hands down had the best cost. In which had I contemplated another day I would of paid $40 more. This desk took a very long time to build, confusing at times, got it done. The size is Just what i was looking for. This is my work/crafting desk. My bday gift to myself, and hubby built it for me. Took approximately 4 hrs from start to fin. Well worth it. Dont contemplate like i did, the cost seems to be going up and quickly. I pd way below 3oo and now you cant find it near 3oo.

Bad draw rail need replacement
Like the desk however came with malfunctioning draw rail for the large draw. Not sure where to reach out for someone to send a replacement. Currently large draw wont close sticking out too far to be able to use desk. Took hours to assemble.

    5 Hours Later, Voila, A Desk
    The desk itself is perfect for what I wanted/needed for my new work from home job, my only gripe is with the assembly, the instructions weren't always 100% clear, some of the illustrations were hard to make out, and it took 5 hours for me to put it together, and this is not my first flat package piece of furniture. For the price, considering the size and quality of the finished product, I guess I can't complain too much. Just be sure you're confident about where you're putting the desk because it's heavy and you're not likely to move it once it's all put together. And I recommend some ibuprofen and a hot shower after completion, I was sore for a couple of days from all the bending and screwing involved with the assembly.

    Good value with issues
    The desk itself is a great value for the size and construction, it's made in such a way that it doesn't look or feel cheap and flimsy. The real issues came when joining the two pieces together and as well as the drawer facings, of which one was assembled upside-down. These are "quality control" issues and really should be better addressed by the manufacturer. Overall I'd recommend it, especially for the gamer or person working from home, it really is a good setup.

    Really great desk - don't fear the assembly
    Yes, if you read that the assembly is tedious, that is correct. NOT difficult though! It is easy to assemble but takes a while. Just follow the directions as you go and you will be fine. They are clear and easy to follow. Assembled, this is a great desk and very solid. The main warning I have is that the drawers were a bit of a struggle. Mounting just the rails, I wasn't able to slide them out. I had to put small pieces of cardboard behind the front screw point so that it could clear the desk rails, but only on 2 of the 4. Once assembled, I had to use some extra push to get it gliding as expected. Not sure why, but after pushing it through, it works great now and is smooth. The back shelf is smaller or lower than I expected, but is exactly the size it shows in the images. This is for my son, so it works perfectly. I added lights to it as well. Doesn't everything need LEDS? lol

    This thing is a giant beast to put together. It takes like 6 hours, there are so many pieces and its like a 40 page instruction book. That being said, the desk is super sturdy and well worth the money. I just wish it had more drawers.

    4-5 hours to put together - well worth it
    Right off the bat like everyone else has said; this thing is a bit of a beast to put together. Won't lie and say I put it together myself, my Dad did the large majority of the building (thanks, Dad!) but I sat with him for the duration and he didn't have much trouble. A few pieces put on backwards or opposite and quickly corrected, but besides that, it's just a tedious process. That being said, I sincerely don't think I could love this desk any more than I do. The coloring is perfect, the shelves on the right side of the desk are exactly what I was looking for; top to bottom, I love it, which is why it's definitely a five-star rating for me. I can fit two of my larger laptops on the left side, and my MacBook Air on the right under the shelving. I'm 6'0" and fit just fine while sitting. Granted I have a pretty small chair, and when it's as low as it can go, I have about 1 1/2 inches of space from the top of my legs to the bottom of the desk. So if you're taller or have a large chair, maybe something to consider, but it's been working fine for me. The drawers are a nice addition, that middle drawer works great, but the one on the far left has a rough track in comparison and takes more push/pull. Also the cabinet on the bottom right is magnetic and makes a type of metallic noise when opening, but it has a ton of space and I can fit a lot of stuff in there. Even though I wanted to mention that little stuff, I can't say any of it really bothers me at all. I'll also be moving in the near future as well, and I wanted something that hopefully wouldn't be too much of a pain to move, and it looks like I'll be able to separate this desk into two pieces for when that happens. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this desk within the week Ive had it. Well worth the $300 I spent on it. Excited to have this one for a long time!

    This is a great looking desk. It is bigger than I thought so I would recommend measuring your space. Allow about 4 hours for set up. There are a ton of parts and the box is huge and heavy. Overall, a great piece!
