Great Buy!
After reading reviews I was worried about problems with shipping and delivery. Received my package a few days later but the driver called when he arrived. The package was in excellent condition. It took a little while to put it together in 94 degree temperature but it came out great. I separated the pieces.

Disappointed
I love the set but I just had my second one delivered after sending my first one back that was very damaged. The frame was completely bent. Had a horrible time with the delivery service as I was told they would call to make arrangements to pick up the old then drop off the new. That did not happen. I received the second set while at work when I opened it again the frame was bent. Very disappointed in Walmart and dealing with this at this price point! When I called again they wanted me to return it and send another one but at this point I think it's a waste of time, it's almost July 1 and I've been waiting for weeks now and I feel like I would just be getting another damaged set.

    Great set and value
    I looked long and hard for a patio set that looked good, offered comfy seating, plus a table where we could eat - all for an affordable price. This set delivered it. Pros: large, comfy seating, nicer quality than I expected, versatile, and has 2 good-quality furniture covers for winter.. Cons: Arrived with minor damage to one bottom area of wicker (not noticeable), and pillows take awhile to dry out. Based on about 6 weeks of ownership, I would definitely buy it again. I do try to store the cushions or put one of the covers over them if it's going to rain. Wicker is a medium brown and cushions are a light beige - nice neutrals.

    Eh, great except the cushions
    Overall I like the look of this set, no issues with delivery like some others…however, the cushions are terrible! They are so flat and uncomfortable. I thought they would fluff up a bit after unboxing, but they didn't. Not sure if others have this issue, but we will have to get foam inserts or something.

    The price of the furniture set was very appealing, however, the manufacture of the table is not accurate and wouldn't allow the screw to advance into the table to attach the leg. Without this screw the leg of the table is angled and unstable. I have contacted customer service about this concern and they have been very slow at returning my call or email. When purchasing this item my card was flagged as fraudulent and I was told by customer service that this is an IT error and that it was okay for me to try to repurchase the item. I had to repurchase the item three times before it finally accepted. Each time, money was held from my account as pending.

    Fits our need perfectly.
    When my wife first saw it together and in place on our screened in porch, she goes,I “Freaking love it”. Quote. That was a pretty positive response. Everyone that has seen it, loves it! It was Easy to put together. Looks absolutely great. Comfortable. Highly recommend.

    Nice, but damaged during shipping
    This is overall a nice patio set. It was fairly easy to put together. Shipping took about a week, and the box was damaged— this led to some damage of the furniture (which fortunately is next to our siding, so is not seen as easily). My table also has a dent in it. Overall, it looks nice, however would be nice to not have the damage.

    I was excited about this set. However, it goes through multiple carriers before ending up at its final destination. My item was damaged in multiple sections. Corners were all bent in, and I'd consider the price point to be of better quality, so for what I got and what I paid, I was pretty upset.

    Don't fear the negative reviews.
    After reading all the comments, I was worried that I might regret this. I thought I'd have to fight the delivery company, it would finally come a month later, but I'd have a broken box with a bent frame, need extra hardware and/or tools to assembly, spend days figuring out the assembly, to then be met with misaligned screw holes and stripped bolts, only to discover after assembly that it stays wet for days after a rain and has uncomfortable pillows. Glad I went for it anyway! My box arrived a day earlier than expected. The delivery drivers were very professional and my box had zero damage inside or out. I needed only a pair of scissors to open the box. Everything inside was well packed and padded, no bent frame. A few squished pillows, but they flattened out after a day out of the box. The instructions for assembling were adequate, and provided all necessary tools. My only criticism of the instructions were the black and white photos that were difficult to make out, however the instructions provided enough information to understand what to do regardless. I had no difficulty lining up any bolts or striping screws like other reviewers have mentioned. It is possible to over tighten and buckle the frame though, so don't overdo it. I was able to assemble this myself using only the tools and hardware provided in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I am an average 42 year old female FYI. The set looked amazing once finished. It rained that night and I came out to find pillows full of water. I lifted them all up and let the excess water drain, shook them a few times and put them back on the couch. 2 hours later after air drying in the sun, they were perfectly dry. I can't expect more than that for an outdoor sofa. Others mentioned needing new cushions. I found them to be so comfortable I wanted to sleep on them outside the first night, and might have if it wasn't supposed to storm. The table height is perfect for eating but short enough to keep in place as a coffee table. I am able to pull up another chair on the end if necessary to seat 8. Overall, I am beyond pleased with this set and have nothing bad to say about it. It has totally transformed my boring patio! I've had it for a month now, it's rained 3 times and I still love it, no problems!

    Wanted to love
    I really liked this piece and was concerned about the reviews that had bad experiences with shipping. Well, this is what I also got. The box came damaged, metal was bowed and wicker was cut. We put it together hoping to either fix it or that the damage was in the back. It wasn't. It was in the front. They offer 10% back to live with the damage or rebox it, ship it back and then wait for a new one. The box is damaged and wet from being outside so I don't think we can use it. I wish they warned you about this. I could've gotten another set somewhere else without damage had I known.

    Looks very nice, but…
    First, I must say that this patio set looks lovely when put together. We had some issues with the screws and bolts that were provided so we didn't bother using them. We went to Home Depot and bought screws and bolts that actually fit. I added some pics of the size of screws we bought. There were also a few small damages to the wicker and a scuff on the table. I used a piece of waterproof masking tape to hold the broken wicker. I'll try to color in the scuff on the table. Now here's where I'm a bit disappointed. It rained for about an hour the very day after we put the furniture together. The back cushions seemed to have the water repelling which was nice. I thought, “good it's waterproof!” After the rain stopped, I went to check on the cushions and sure enough most of the water repelled on the back cushion, but three of the seated the seated cushions were soaked. I let them drip dry and they're good. It's a two piece sectional with a table and two ottoman, but we received only two covers, one for the table which fits nicely, but I don't know the durability as yet. However, I received only one piece of cover for one piece of furniture. I can't even use it because it's not the size to fit the entire sectional. I'll have to buy a sectional cover from Amazon or Walmart. So there are my reasons for a 3 star. I would still recommend it, but you have to invest a little time and effort to care for it. By the way, delivery was good. Everything came in one huge box. Nothing was missing.
