shipping problem
the jar are fine... Walmart cant pack them to ship properly...both first order followed by replacement came with a broken, shattered, jar...pics available of both shipments

    buy these ones!
    sooooo happy about how these were sent! way more protected than even ball does themselves so would i highly recommend them is buying jars and they are wide mouth so no regerts on this purchase for sure! ?

    what a let down
    what a shame. either send the items back and get refund or take the loss and salvage what i can. would've been nice to have items exchanged but that wasnt an option. super lame because i need them for a project and will just take the loss. plus i get too clean up abunch of broken glass..

    1 was broken upon arrival. To get a replacement i have to return the whole case to a FedEx location. wait till they receive the return and then wait for replacements.

    Poor quality Control
    Very dissapointed. Cannot pull vacuum on 6 out of 12 Jars. 6 out of 12 Jars have indentations on the sealing ring. This is the ring that comes in contact with the adapter from the Sealing Machine, in order to prevent air from entering when pulling vacuum with the accersory hose. It is a manufacturing defect on the glass. To all those using these Jars, make sure you inspect the Jars closely before trying to pull a vacuum on them. I've added photos, but it is hard to capture the defects, so I added red electrical tape at location of the defects.

    Terrible
    The jars were all delivered broken. Terrible now I have to bring them to the store to return. The point of delivery is so that I do not need to go to the store. I am very busy with my kids and chronically ill husband. So annoyed and disappointed in the customer service.

    Poor packaging and delivery.
    I would not recommend ordering canning jars through the mail. Box was partially crushed and no extra packing around the case of jars. The case of jars itself did not look damaged until I had one filled and put it in the boiling water bath only to have it break and ruin the entire batch. Had to throw out all the tomatoes and the water, hunt for different jars and start over. Then noticed other jars with cracks. Have to throw out entire case. Very disappointing.
