Best Baby Alive Yet!
Wow, What a GREAT doll! This Baby Alive really does GROW UP! She literally grows from a cuddly, cooing infant to a talking little girl. Her hair even grows with her. My daughter was absolutely delighted with her new friend and has enjoyed hours of playtime with her. Its almost like 3 dolls for the price of one. She's a baby perfect for playing Mommy then she turns into a talking best friend. Anf as an added bonus, its a surprise as to which doll it is...you have to remove her hat to see who she is! I was just as thrilled with Baby Alive as my daughter was. This is the perfect doll!

Not designed to withstand normal play.
We had to order two of these. Both had a leg break (does not retract when resetting to baby mode) w/in a half hour of gentle play. Nothing says Merry Christmas like breaking a little girl's heart Christmas morning. Second one arrived this morning and the same thing.

    Fair price but they ship to wrong place
    The person shipping the item shipped to a wrong address even though my address was correct when I purchased it. Now I have to wait for my package even longer

    Fun Doll!
    Very cute doll! My daughter loves that she can watch her grow (newborn, baby, toddler). She gurgles, babbles, talks. Her hair "grows". Best of all, she can be reset, which my daughter does all the time! The hair just zips back in! Very fun doll. I don't see my daughter getting bored of it any time soon. Honestly, the only annoying thing about it is that the doll can't be picked ahead of time (it's a surprise). My daughter couldn't just pick the one she wanted. She was still happy with the doll she got though. :)

    Doesn't last - Not worth the money
    Cute idea and my 7 y/o granddaughter loved it for a couple months (it was a Christmas present) but it's no longer working. Changed the batteries and still nothing. While checking online for a fix, I see that a LOT of others have problems with these dolls and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix them. I didn't expect it to last forever but for the price a child should be able to play with it for more than 5 months.

    Great doll, very unsatisfactory delivery
    Im sure the doll is going to be great. Maybe a little expensive, but my daughter wanted it for her birthday. My problem is in the delivery. I ordered it online, I got an email saying it was in stock at a nearby location and will be arriving much quicker than expected and it was out for delivery today, which was perfectly fine. I live in an apartment building and it was left right inside the side door and only left there because someone was moving out so that door was open. There is a package room in this building and my apartment number was listed but no, it was left right inside the side door to my building with basically nothing on it saying it was mine and anyone could have just taken it or gotten damaged, especially since it was left where people were moving out! Unbelievable!!
