Love this carpet cleaner!
My new favorite carpet cleaner. With a farm house full of dogs and a husband this makes my life so much easier. The hose tool makes nothing off limits to being scrubbed clean. My favorite feature and what sets it apart from other cleaners I've used, is the easy accessible bristles rollers and the comb that pulls the pet hair from the rollers while in use. #sweepstakes

Leaking out of the box
It's a great concept, and it cleans carpets and stains well. Only problem is that it leaks pretty badly out of the body, and I've only used it once in the three months since I bought it. Both tanks are just fine. It has a steady leak out the body just below the carrying handle. It wouldn't be a fault of assembly. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The leak is at a location that doesn't have any consumer-assembled parts. It would get 5 stars if it didn't leak all over my carpet while I'm trying to clean it, but it is a deal breaker.

    Wished I purchased sooner.
    Works great! Just what we need to keep our light colored carpet clean. We have a rather large 16 month old puppy, who was not house trained when he came to live with us at 10 wks. old. Thanks Bissell. You have made all our lives easier.

    Amazing carpet cleaner
    Far exceeded my expectations. Unit cleans our carpets like a champ. Unit itself is very easy to clean when done. I love the double roller and clear suction lot to see the water flowing.

    Best cleaner ever!
    Great product I have two collies which is a lot of hair. I went from an older bissell big green canister to this and what a difference. Easy to handle and really cleans great!

    Bissell offered me hope when I had none.
    I have loved Bissell products for my entire adult life. From my very first home 25 years ago, i have owned several different appliances from them and have loved each one. My daughter began reacting to our new puppies in an allergic way and I was at my wits end. Nothing worked, not filters,not medicine, not any other ways I tried to eliminate them, she still continued to sneeze everyday upon waking. The worst starter when she began to get bloody noses from the severity of her allergies. Everyday until I received my new Bissell! What a game changer! The Bissell dug down deep where other products had not even touched! Her allergies subsided within about a week of using my new Bissell. I can't even believe the difference! It got down to hair left from the previous owners dog that I didn't even know was there! When you think of Bissell, don't just think of vacuums, think of Bissell as a part of your family, I do.

    Worth the cost!
    Very surprised. We had a rug doctor for years but with years of use it went bad. I continued renting them due to the store that we purchased it not selling them. So I did some research and ended up buying this. I could tell a major difference with one swipe. I used the included cleaners and added a tad OxyClean. I love that I could continue scrubbing without having spray, unlike the RugDoctor. The roll brushes continue to spin whether or not I was spraying. It's super easy to clean when done with the job! The fact that it keeps water hot is awesome. It's super easy to empty dirty (Which will be disgusting) and refill clean water. It sucks up a a lot of water. My carpet is drying very fast, even using heavy soiled setting. It got the new puppy stains up perfectly. My carpets haven't been this clean in years. With 7 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and living on a farm, that's impressive.

    I would buy this product again

    I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!
    Having 3 big dogs in my house, my living room carpet was filthy! I tried cleaning it with my very expensive cleaner that I purchased from a door-to-door salesman, with very little success. After my sister bought a Bissell, and showed me the results, I had to get it. I am beyond satisfied and would encourage anyone with pets, to invest in this carpet cleaner.

    I just love my new Bissell pet pro carpet shampooer it is the best one that I have ever used and is 100 times better than the old Hoover I had, I vacuumed with my Dyson before I Started shampooing and my Dyson is very thorough I thought, look how much hair the Bissell removed after I vacuumed, The other thing I like about the Bissell is it comes completely apart and is very easy to clean well thought out Bissell thank you.

    Great product
    This cleans great and is super easy to clean out!! Other cleaners I've used are impossible to clean properly so they get gross fast. I included a picture before and after of our bedroom where our dog bed goes… it was soooo gross, but it got it all up!
