NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPany again
The customer service was terrible also air conditoner no installation included also the remote control battery cover had a screw that would not come off.

    Really liking this unit so far. It cools more area than the last one I bought elsewhere. It is quieter, but still, it's an air conditioner so not noise-free. The real test will be July and August.

    Better than window air conditioner.
    Nice and compact, window mount doesn't quite fit average windows, adjustable bar obstructs the air way once completely installed.
