    Love this product!
    This foam roller is one of the best I've used! I love using it after my workouts and as a part of my yoga practice. It's firm and the texture allows for it not to slip but still to be able to move with you. The size is great as well in both length and diameter. My muscles have never been happier! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

    So I am a fairly large man, and when I opened the package, I was afraid that my size would squish it. The foam looked weak. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the condensed foam is quite sturdy and held my weight for all things I tried. It felt great to stretch out my calves after a workout and my back, legs, and neck as well. I think my only complaint is that the roller is just a little bit wide in diameter for me to comfortably use it on the ground to stretch my back/neck. For those, I had to use it in a chair or standing up holding it. But truthfully, I think this roller is easily worth the money if you want a good, sturdy roller. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

    This roller is honestly amazing! If you're debating on getting one, stop debating and get this! The roller is firm, sleek, and soft with just the right amount of give. perfect for stretching out and relieving soreness after work outs! I love the closed cell foam that makes it nice and easy to wipe down before and after, and best of all, my dogs hair doesn't seem to cling to it! (maybe its partially due to her fine fur but most foam and plastic items tend to get caked in her fur ) all in all, exactly what you would expect and well worth the price! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

    A good, straight forward, no-fuss foam roller
    This is a really good, straight forward and no fuss option for a foam roller. I have sciatic, and hip issues and am often really tight in my upper back areas. Rolling out my back or exercising different stretches with a foam roller really helps in my recovery and feels like it increases blood flow. A good quad roll also feels amazing after a run or aerobic exercise. This particular one is a great price and I love the softer foam material so it doesn't irritate my skin but still is firm and holds its form well through hard use. I also like the length. It's long enough to use along my spine and holds my husband's broad shoulders firmly supported during his upper body exercises. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. I can recommend this one unreservedly.

    Great at relieving tight muscles.
    Foam rolling is great to relieve tightness in muscles. And this roller delivered! It has just the right firmness to release knots and roll out tired areas. I like that is it light weight, making it easy to store and has an easy to clean texture. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
