Premium Protection Underpads Sold At Walmart
I buy the Equate Assurance Premium Protection Underpads for adult incontinence care. These XL pads are a great a size (30 in x 36 in). They have a moisture barrier backing, which gives added protection in keeping your washable bed linen clean. The Value Pack includes 30 disposable pads, and is reasonably priced.

Old Merchandise?????
Either they have changed their manufacturers, or they have changed their way of manufacturing, or... They sent me old product!!! I have been using/and ordering these pads for a few years now, and these are not the same pads I've been getting for a while now. They were not quilted, like previous versions and they are terrible about soaking up liquids. I've seen other reviews who are basically complaining about the same thing. I'm inclined to believe they sent me old product! Packaging is same as old product! They could be clearing out warehouse,it is inventory time of year. I'm not sure if anyone else has considered any of these possibilities, but, I'm sticking to the “old” product theory myself. Here's a couple pictures of “old” and “new”. You decide. At any rate, I will order again (because I need them) but, if I receive these crappy pads again I will go to Family Dollar and purchase theirs! Normally I would recommend this product, but because of the lack of quality , I simply cannot recommend this product at this time. :( If you look at the pictures , the first is what I received recently ( what I believe to be old packaging) The second is my last order in /or around November approximately Pay attention to the third picture, it appears to have a date on it. Could be manufacturing date , if so , that corroborates my story they sent old merchandise ( no dates on that packaging). Anyway you decide ;)

    Assurance Underpads Have A New Poor Design
    The quilting is gone. The new ones leak immediately. Cheaply manufactured. They are useless. Don't waste your money. My over the counter health card ( Anthem) forces me to buy inside of the Walmart store, where Assurance is all they carry. Anthem ship catalog has cheaply made expensive pads, for an even higher price, as well. Next year, I will shop for a better Medicare Advantage Plan. Hopefully with better options. Our previous over the counter benefits, also Anthem, allowed shipping. This whole mess is a screw up.

    These pads are a blessing. The quality allows for stronger durability, less tearing, and are most reliable among disposable bed pads. The extra few inches give more peace of mind for the patient and caregiver.

    packaging changed, less quality but more expensive
    Since the outer packaging has changed, so has the product for worse as it's so much thinner. There is less inner padding now and patches where it appears no padding material at all. I had a few left from orange packaging to compare so I know it's not a misconception on my part. It's a shame as this is an item I reorder for my elderly parents. I do use washable underpads yet these on top gave more assurance (get it) that their furniture would not be soiled. Previously I had purchased the competitor name brand 29x35 yet found it to be lacking quality and that explained why it was so much less in price than WM. Now I am going to try that competitor item again as I think it compares to this revised product. Why should I pay more if they are sadly the same now? Maybe I'll find out looks are deceiving and WM holds up better. If so, I'll write another review. It's just sad that price went up but quality appears less and I need to compare the revised item to competitor again.

    Won't stock
    It's not about the product. It's the delivery. The store had them in stock, app gave a location. But there was none. Associate said they must be in the back. I asked for them and was told to order. I ordered 4. Got one. Then they canceled the other, so I reordered. Why is this so hard?

    I had forgotten to change our address here on the site and it was delivered to our old address. Was able the speak to the new tenants and got the packages.     The order was delivered promptly, two of the 4 items was correct(bed pads) The other two items were wrong, they were pants for incontinent that I did not want. So I drove to the store and returned the underwear and got a refund. Then at the store I purchased two packs of bed pads and that completed my original order.

    The perfect product for my need.
    These Assurance pads are just what I need. Our daughter, a brain aneurysm and stroke survivor is incontinent. These pads work great for protection of her mattress. They are very absorbent, durable and the quality is excellent. On an average we use 10 a day. I purchase approximately 8 packages a month, have been doing so for 6 years and have never been disappointed!
