Excellent Customer Service!
I reached out just to advise that the piano keyboard had 3 keys that make no sound. I didn't really expect much from it, figuring I'd just get the "brush off" about it. Imagine my surprise when almost immediately I was informed via email that another keyboard was on the way. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she was THRILLED to learn she was getting a fully functional keyboard. She loved the keyboard, but was disappointed about the 3 nonworking keys. I will purchase from this seller again.
