Amazing laptop
Love it amazing laptop its really fast for 2gb can have multi pages open and it doesnt slow down. The only thing is that sometimes with the trackpad you have to double click to open a new tab or to open a bookmark.Some keys at first were a little mushy but it was just because it was new and that problem quickly went away (The keys still worked when they were a little mushy) And i can watch netflix youtube instagram,etc AMAZING LAPTOP. But anyways its an amazing laptop and would def recommend to anyone who is in the market for a cheap laptop.

Horrible purchases!
Bought 2 of them! The first one died in less than 2 months. The 2nd one never worked. Do you checked your items before you sell them?

    Refurbished? Really?
    the refurbished acer chromebook I bought was delivered early and the laptop looked and operated as new. If I hadn't been informed that it was refurbished, I wouldn't have known at all. There weren't andy cosmetic blemishes and it operated just like the new one that I bought through walmart a few years back.

    Not a good buy!!!
    This Chromebook will not charge. I called customer service over a month ago and was reassured that the seller would contact me immediately. Not so!!! I then ordered another charger on my own and it still won't charge. So clearly it's the Chromebook and not the charger. I'm completely frustrated and so unhappy with this purchase.

    Pleased
    I'd say I'm more than pretty happy with this item. I bought it for my digital tablet to do art and it works for just that. It's a very basic small gb hdd and small ram, so it's not meant for anything more than casual things like browsing the net, watching YouTube, and writing emails.....and besides, if you needed something with a bigger hard drive, it's always easy and more cost effective to invest in an external hard drive.
