Reasonably priced, easy hook up
It was reasonably priced and easy to install. It took longer for me to get my internet provider to link the modem to my account. I am pleased with my purchase and know it will save me the @40 a month that Atlantic Broadband charges me to rent a modem.

I am at a loss just temporary about this abuse
ok the same day i noticed that this item package was not new item. The same day incident report was taken by WalMart. The local store thought they could resend the delivery person back.out to pick it up. However after checking further they could not. I because of not being able to take it into the store waited until just now realizing no one had worked my ticket reference- case number. I talked with a representative approximately 3 days ago he was helpful and sent it to the department that he believed could would resolve it. Today I called about anothsr matter and inquired again on this matter. I was told that WalMart was not going to resolve this matter. I waa told by the representative I spoke to several days ago, that if I were able to go to store it would still may be an issue due to length of time. I was given no helpful assistance past any of the last 10 months. I was led on for all this time. No one from WalMart ever reached out to me about this matter. Not 1 time. This is almost unthinkable that in this modern day world even from WalMart that it could and would show so much disdain for its consume(s).

We have smart thermostats in both our homes to set and monitor, the rental would keep dropping signals and constantly needed to be reset online. It's been one year now and this only lost signal once to thermostat that alerted me (cox internet was down) and the Wi-Fi has good sign through out our 1400 square foot condo. There are two smartphones, sometimes 2 laptops, thermostat and a chamberlain garage door opener connected to the Wi-Fi. We use an arris cable modem in our other home which also has been very reliable and fast.SoDak

This was supposed to be a reply for my aging modem/router combo, but this brand new one is slower than my old one, with a shorter signal range, and multiple signal dropouts per day. Dont buy this thing unless you enjoy yelling at your brand new tech while you constantly have to do hard reboots.Evelyn
