    lotion containers were not packed properly and both containers were cracked with lotion all over the place! would like a refund or replacement sent!

    what a mess
    I had to return the lotion because one of the bottles came open during shipping and there was lotion all over the packaging. it was shipped in a padded brown paper bag but should have been shipped in a box with bubble wrap. and the bottles should have been checked to make sure the lids were secure. very disappointed. i will order it again and hope for better results.

    Disgusting mess!
    When my package arrived the Retinol was opened and had spilled all over the package. About 1/4 of it was wasted not to mention it was a disgusting mess to have to clean up.

    Cream Applies Easily and Leaves Skin Soft
    The products come in large sized, pump operated containers that are easy to use. I've only just started using the collagen cream but already like the retinol one since I've been using it for years. Very smooth and creamy on the skin.

    i wish i could give 5 stars
    finally got the items delivered about 10mins ago and i was super excited because i have found a product that works this awesome for this price point. unfortunately the item was a few days late and one of the products nozzles wasnt screwed on tight and it leaked. Will order again but definately not through walmart
