    The perfect pasta! I promise.
    I eat one nest almost every meal. I pour my soups over it. I dice chicken breast & a tomato into it. Sometimes I just add lemon juice, butter and parmesan. When the local supermarkets began to not have it, the thought of running out made me sad. So, I ordered a case. It is that good! I promise you. Here is my happy case as it looked upon arrival and also how a nest looks in a bowl of my home-made chicken soup!

    These are excellent noodles. I like the thin texture of the angel hair and barely any cook time. Half a bag will give me around 4 meals. Highly recommend for pasta

    "The Perfect Pasta Treat"
    In this time of trial it has been very difficult to find Colavita Cappellini Nests so I decided to go to the source. I was rewarded by a quick response and a supply that will, I hope, take me through these difficult times. My partner and I must both watch the carbs in our diet and the wonderful little nests are the perfect addition to many of our meals. We prepare the nests usually with sautéed garlic, olive oil and fresh parsley -- in Italiano, "Aglia e Olio." The angel hair size of the pasta is especially satisfying.

    Tastes Delicious; Great Presentation
    A fun and tasty surprise for all my five sisters who work magic in their kitchens.. They are now very busy having fun with them for "treats" for their fussiest guests.     I bought this pasta about a month ago. It was so much better that the stuff you buy from the grocery store. The taste and texture was wonderful and will definitely buy again. I do think the shipping is a little high, but it is worth it.

    Cute little pasta nests. Cooks fast!
    Adore angel hair pasta. This brand of pasta only takes 3 to 4 minutes to cook to reach al dente. The flavor is wonderful and it's perfect for making pasta for one person since I'm not married I often make just a little bit because I'm not a fan of leftover pasta. This tastes great.
