Worth Having - Even if only for emergency use
Was pleased with this item when it arrived. In a shock resistant case and also appears to be waterproof or at least highly water resistant. Comes with charging cables and adapters. Only thing I wish was that there had been some directions, either on the box or in the box. No information on how long it takes to solar power up or how many times one charge will charge electronic device. Overall a worth while item to have.

got this for a camping trip
got this for a camping trip I went on. I tried it at home on a 1/2 charged phone and it work. tried it on the trip and it did not work and still does not work

    The USB charger that came with this product does not fit it to charge it I just received this solar phone charger today and I have to charge it out in the sun because the USB charger does not fit could you please send a USB charger that fits at no charge to me you all sent the wrong charger for it

    When received, it charged great, at one week, it would not charge completely again and the adapter that connects to devices broke. So, if you choose this, do not get it for use outside of your yard, it does not appear hardy enough for long walks on trails, or being stored in a backpack pocket.

    nice little unit
    i got my solar charger 2 day's early and it is a blessing it wont quite charge my phone and tablet to full charge but it does charge them both up to 70% before the battery goes dead unless it's in the sun then it will charge them full i haven't tried it outside yet but i think it will do just fine it has a nice little light built in it isn't quite bright enough to jack a deer unless i shove it in it's eye

    Solar battery pack
    This device works ok as a battery pack but do not count on it recharging from sunlight. Recharging using the included wire to a USB plug works fine but there are less expensive units available without solar use. I live in SW Florida and found that no matter how long I had it in direct sunlight I noticed no increase in charging the unit but like I said before it works well recharging it off USB and seems like it will give my IPhone 5S about a full charge and a half. Frankly I have seen this item on line for $10 and I think I paid $15 but had free shipping. It came with very little instructions for use on the box it is packaged in but you can google it and get very helpfull videos that show how to charge and use it.

    It was late to get here but when i got it I loved it for the first couple days but the little cord came with it broke a week into having it and when it comes to putting it in the sun to charge it so long that you may just want to plug it in.

    A good quick charge while on the go.
    I hadn't really used it many times though the couple times I have, it did its job by charging when my phone was low on power. I hadn't had to use it more than once a session, only charging it once a day, but it still seemed to have juice left after the first initial charge when my phone, S6 Edge Plus. It's nice to have since instead of having to charge it by using an outlet or your computer, its good to hang off your bag or purse and head out, in the sun, to charge. But I recommend doing that on the first time as a just in case. Just a warning though, if you decide to leave it on the dashboard of your car to charge it can get a little hot to the touch.

    I have had this and have been working great for me powerful to use on the go or at home I use this to recharge my cellphone Android tablet and Nintendo 2 D's and easy to use I have Special needs and with this I can get setup and have power on the go a power out and U needto make a call to get help I like the fact that it's Waterproof and a light to help see in Emergences great job to the company that made this and To Walmart for getting this to me fast thanks to everyone

    Works great
    I got this charger to use in my frequent hospital stays so that I can keep my cell phone close by in sight and keep it charged for several days. This is a very good cell phone charger. It charges my phone in about 2-4 hours, with battery percentages on my phone of 45% and 25%, respectively. I keep it perched on my window and it stays charged that way. You can also change it with the included port cord adapter. Pretty color, too. I have a solar powered battery charger in my car also, and I love that we can harness natural energy from our sun for use in these products. I also purchased their battery powered cell phone charger, but it's VERY slow, so I would definitely recommend this charger over it.
