Great little Windows 10 tablet and keyboard
This is a very well made Windows 10 tablet that runs real Windows 10, not some wanna-be version made for a phone. With the keyboard detached, the tablet has a bright screen with accurate and responsive touch. Clipping on the included keyboard simplifies note taking. The keyboard is small because it is the same size as the tablet, but considering the size, typing is fairly easy. Battery life is also good, lasting all day with occasional note taking and watching a few videos. There is no useless bloatware software installed at the factory. If you are realistic in what you expect the Flexx 10 to do, it is a super deal at the price. Nothing else out there csn really match the quality of construction at this price point. There are other cheap tablets, but they are toys. I installed the full MS Office suite and a handful of my favorite productivity programs and I use the Flexx 10 frequently. I also bought a second Flexx 10 to use as a home theater streaming video player.

not worth it
I'll keep it simple. CONS It's heavy for its size It's awkward to open, not that easy When used as a laptop, it has a loose fitting. Doesn't seem solid The USB ports DO NOT SUPPORT AN EXTERNAL DISC DRIVE! The USB port seems to lose connection with the device. I think it's a software issue. The keyboard is non-responsive at times (more often than not) when you first open the unit and when it finally works it loses connection with the unit even though it is solidly seated. The blue color is NOT accurately depicted on Walmart.com. It's electric blue and not in a nice techie way. More valley girl than Silicon Valley. PROS It's small and portable The screen is very clear The tablet mode is nice The screen is responsive when in tablet mode I love the MicroSD slot

    Good so far (2 Days)
It was slow at first, but after doing several Windows updates, it is much faster. Within the first hour I downloaded JW Library app and it took about 25 minutes. The 2nd day when I downloaded Simple Solitaire app it only took 6 minutes. After all the updates finished, navigating between book and videos in the JW Library app went quickly, and videos played just fine. Microsoft Edge was very slow so I added Google Chrome and it had no problem opening websites. I've tried making 2 call using Google Voice and they both said they were having a hard time hearing me. Not sure if it was my internet connection or the microphone on the tablet. Below is a screenshot of part of the system page in settings, online it said 1.83 GHz, but the tablet as you can see, says 1.33 GHz. After all the Windows updates there wasn't much left of the 32 GB, because their was more than one version of Windows 10 on there. I was satisfied with the current version and went into settings: System: Storage, then click on This PC, then click on Temporary Files. You will see how much is used by Previous versions of Windows and can remove them if you want to clear up a lot of space.

    New Nextbook
I love this little nextbook. It is exactly what I needed and wanted. It performs well, has beautiful clarity. It came with everything already loaded which made it very convenient and at a cost that was well worth it. It was recommended to me by a friend and I have already told multiple people about it. I highly recommend it.

    Good Value, with Limited Capabilities
Overall I found this Netbook to be a good value. It delivers a reasonable performance for its price point. Don't expect the performance of midlevel laptop. It performs very well browsing the internet and basic office functions. If you want better performance choose the 64 gig storage model. I'm running out of storage after installing Norton Security and Office 365. These software cannot be installed to the (optional) auxiliary SD card to reduce the demand on the system storage. Though the table had a 64-bit Atom processor, the Windows 10 operating system is 32-bit, so you do get the full advantage of the processor. One annoyance that I with the tablet is the keyboard not maintaining a good connection to the tablet. Intermittently, when typing the connection breaks off, causing the keyboard to freeze or stop functioning.

    Nextbook Flex 10.1" Review
This Nextbook met my needs exactly, as I was looking for an inexpensive Windows 10 PC for travel, about the size of a tablet. My applications are e-mail, web surfing, light demand games, e-books, and some word processing. To increase storage capacity, I added a 32GB micro SD card; and, I installed most of my applications to that external D: drive. Note that I needed an external DVD drive to install some application, via a usb connection. While this pc is not as fast as more expensive options, the speed was ok for my light demand usage. To save future cost, I replaced the Office 365 (1 year free trial) with other software to meet my word processing needs. This pc feels sturdily built, while being light in weight for travel. In addition, I like the solid state storage, which eliminates concerns regarding heat and long term durability. I highly recommend this tablet/pc for travel.

    Number 4
Since this is the 4th one I have purchased, nothing was a surprise. The fact of Windows 10 and office 365 mobile office products make this much more than a toy. 2 of these were for young grand daughters to use with ABC Mouse. The touch screen is useful for many activities as well as the keyboard. Even at 4 and almost 6 they are learning very well how to get around a computer. Their mother uses the first one for her laptop replace for now and taking care of home business. The first one we purchased was to provide a more portable tool for my wife while working on her MSN degree and travels easier than her laptop. Having the Windows 10 & MS Office tools lets her work without missing a step. Having 32 GB on board and adding 64 GB micro sd cards makes it a powerful little computer and syncing with the cloud keeps everything working smoothly on both her Nextbook and laptop. I got one for myself so I can help the others with technical issues.

    Efficient, affordable, and speedy 2-in-1
First of all let me give you a quick background about myself. Nearly 10 years in the IT industry (I work with/maintain/troubleshoot computers/servers/networks for a living) for a Fortune 500 company. Let me state this first, viewing the specs on this device I was extremely worried to buy and figured with the processor, storage, and memory that the 2-in-1 may not keep up and would lag. I was completely wrong this device is QUICK and it's been able to do everything I've needed it to do including: Web browsing, email, watching videos, and simple games online. (If your looking at this for intense/hardcore gaming I advise to look elsewhere) My only dilemma I've found with this laptop/tablet is the integrated mouse pad can sometimes be touchy so when your trying to copy/paste a good amount you may have to do it 3-5 times for it to work properly. Overall for the price, you can't beat it.

    Nextbook 10.1
I wanted a tablet for when I take trips, but it needed to be inexpensive. Though I have become accustomed to the touch screen for my Kindle Fire, I also appreciate a full keyboard like my laptop. This Nextbook meets all of these. The full keyboard is detachable and the laptop can then be used as touchscreen. You can also override the keyboard and use the touchscreen with the keyboard attached. The mousepad is a bit tricky as I usually need to tap things more than once. Maybe the Nextbook is more touchscreen dominant and the keyboard is just a throw in. I also think Windows 10 has an affect on the keyboard and that the operating system likes touchscreen better. All in all, as I stated in the beginning, an inexpensive tablet with a real keyboard when I want something smaller than my laptop.

Practical and usecul bargain Windows 10 tablet
I purchased the Flexx 10mfor my own use. The Nextbook Flexx 10 is a very good value for the cost. Everything needed to make the Flexx 10 a useful computer is included and the build quality is quite nice. All you need to do to get started is to take the Flexx 10 out the box, plug in the power, select your wireless network, name your login, and then you are ready to go. The operating system included is Window 10 Home edition. This version of Windows has all the needed media features to web surf, watch YouTube videos, use Facebook, etc. I have a several year old Epson printer, and Windows found the printer and set it up automatically. Something to keep in mind is that Windows is constantly, "updated," and your Flexx 10 may want to download several gigabytes of updates to get Windows up to the latest patch level. This is pretty much true for any Windows 10 computer, but is something to keep in mind if you have a very slow or a data capped Internet connection. After several days of use, my Flexx 10 had brought itself completely up to date. At that point, I used Disk Cleanup in the Windows Administrative Tools folder, clean up system files option, to fee up a LOT of disk space. Also keep in mind that the Flexx 10 is meant to be a handy eveyday tablet computer with good battery life. The amount of memory and CPU capacity are fine for productivity tasks, but not enough for hard core first person video gaming. The hardware includes a micro USB port, micro SD memory card slot, and micro HDMI socket on the tablet itself. I was not able test the HDMI output, but the USB and SD work as they should. The snap-on keyboard has two additional full size USB ports, but they are limited power, suitable for mice and the like. The keyboard snaps on easily and firmly. Of course, due to the compact size, the keynoard is not as comfortable as a big desktop keyboard, but it isn't too bad. There are also front snd back cameras. The cameras sre not spectscular, but OK for video chat. I give the Flexx 10 five stars because it meets or exceeds the requirements of a computer designed for this intended application. You will have to look hard to find a unit of better quality and value at this price point.
