    Defective merchandise
    Ive used Pureology shampoo for quite a while but the bottle I got from Walmart is defective. It has virtually no lather, unlike all the other bottles Ive had over the years.

    Not for me
    The shampoo is concentrated and I can use only a little bit. However, my hair felt dry after rinse. I was hoping using conditioner will do better but it was not.. Unfortunately the conditioner is very minty and strong cooling my scalp which I did not like. Be careful not to get it into your eyes or close because has a burning sensation. I don't know maybe I am sensitive to mint. I wish I could magnify the picture to see the ingredients before I bought it.

    Love this shampoo and conditioner. It is expensive. Wish it was lower priced. It feels cold when you have it on but I like it. Am really happy with it so far and hope to continue to have positive results with it. This is the first time I buy the big bottles but I had really damaged my hair with box hair dye. I needed the big ones.

    Not the same formula!
    Ive been buying Purology for many years. The shipment I received 6/21 is NOT the usual think consistency, good lathering, and the scent is off. Knock-off of the formula has changed. Not happy for the price I paid. Will not buy this product from Walmart again.
